Human Cell Corporation is searching for an experienced candidate who can take protein science to a new level through GMP-grade protein manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years industry experience. A strong aptitude for learning advanced skills based on previous significant experience will be considered. RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Manufacturing GMP-grade recombinant proteins

·        Protein purification techniques and assays including PAGE gel, WB, ELISA, HPLC.

·        Quality control

·        ISO 9001 or GMP environment would be an advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

·        MS/BS. in Biochemistry and related fields.

·        2+ year of relevant biotech industry experience.

·        Experience of AKTA FPLC systems with UNICORN software is preferred.

·        Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

·        Strong work ethic, with good record keeping and organizational skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

   Industry: 2+ years

   Recombinant protein purification: 2+ years
